1. Overview
This website is operated by Pulp Media Lab Inc, doing business as Ghost Town Ranch ("Ghost Town Ranch," "we," "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Using the site
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to send spam or harmful code.

3. Products and descriptions
We work to show our products, colors, and scents accurately, but screens vary, and handmade and small-batch items can differ slightly from batch to batch. We may update, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product at any time. Scent descriptions are subjective.

4. Skincare and wellness disclaimer
Our products are cosmetics and home goods and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Patch-test before first use, review the ingredient list for anything you're sensitive to, and stop use if irritation occurs. Keep candles burning within sight, away from children, pets, and flammable items. Information on this site is not medical advice.

5. Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or product errors, and cancel and refund any order affected. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners, and your order is accepted only once payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example for suspected fraud.

6. Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened or damaged items only, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Promotions and discount codes
Promo codes are single-use unless stated, can't be combined unless stated, and have no cash value. We may end or change promotions at any time.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Ghost Town Ranch name, logo, designs, photography, illustrations, and copy, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Third-party services and links
The site may link to or use third-party services (such as Shopify, payment processors, and shipping carriers). We aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability
