Processing and shipping time
Ghost Town Ranch orders are fulfilled by our trusted fulfillment partners and ship from within the United States. Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Everything else in the policy can stay as written. The "Delays, lost, or damaged packages" section works with this window, and I'd keep the 15 business days after shipping as the point where customers should contact you, unless your carrier's typical delivery is much shorter.
Update these places so they match:
- Shopify checkout and shipping settings. Go to Settings → Shipping and delivery and change any delivery estimate or message that says 10 days.
- Product pages. Search your site for "10 business days" or "10 days" and replace each mention.
- Terms of service. No change needed. Section 6 points to the Shipping Policy without stating a number.
