Refund policy
We want you to love your Ghost Town Ranch products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
What can be returned
- Unopened items: unused, unopened products in their original, sealed packaging.
- Damaged or defective items: products that arrive damaged, broken, or leaking, or that are not what you ordered.
What can't be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened or used skincare, makeup, fragrance, candles, or body care.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email howdy@ghosttownranch.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund, and we'll cover the return shipping if one is needed.
How to start a return
- Email howdy@ghosttownranch.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. [Customer pays return shipping for unopened returns / we provide a prepaid label.]
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [5-10] business days. [Original shipping charges are / are not refundable.]
Order changes and cancellations
